  • Good morning Daniel You/staff in your office have managed our property at 20 Kay Court Buccan during the last 6½ + years whilst we have been in Darwin. Kathy and I would like to convey to you our most sincere thanks for the very prompt, professional and thorough manner in which all aspects of the rental process have been managed by your business. We have greatly valued any suggestions/feedback provided by your staff and the way in which any difficulties have been managed. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the wonderful efforts of Steven Brooks as he has had a more direct involvement with our property in recent times. Steven has always been extremely courteous, helpful, positive and supportive. We believe he has carefully balanced our needs with those of our tenants and has negotiated fairly and proactively with our insurance company when needed. He has communicated regularly with us in order to enable us to remain informed of any matters.
