Please note it is important that you inspect any property you wish to apply for before submitting your application. In the circumstances where you are not located local to the property you wish to apply for, please complete a request to sign a tenancy agreement sight unseen which can be downloaded here.
Throughout your tenancy maintenance may need to be carried out from time to time. Due to the number of properties and requests handled by our office and legislative requirements, it is important that all maintenance is received in writing. This can be done by completing a repair request and submitting in person, via email or fax.

Urgent maintenance can be phoned through to our office, or the emergency contractors nominated on your lease agreement outside of business hours.
Due to the nature of emergency repairs these may be phoned through to reception on 3807 9077 during business hours. Outside of business hours please phone your nominated emergency contractors on your lease agreement. Owners sometimes nominate a preferred contractor different to our office so it is best to check your lease first. Should you not have access to your lease agreement our nominated emergency contractor can be found below:
